This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for toilet vault and septic pumping services. The services are required for various recreation sites within the US Forest Service (USFS) Region 6, specifically on the Mt Hood National Forest West Side Zone, and other locations as detailed in Attachment 1. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform these services. The contract includes a base period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2032, with potential for extensions, and is set aside for small businesses. All waste must be disposed of at a commercial treatment facility off National Forest Lands. Recent amendments incorporate FAR class deviations related to Executive Orders and remove outdated clauses.
