Description
The City of Visalia seeks a secure, cloud-hosted, web-based construction management information system, together with implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support. The system is intended to support capital improvement and private development projects, including document control, submittals, RFIs, daily inspection reports, progress payments, change management, working-day statements, force accounts, plan-room functions, meetings, punch lists, project records, reporting, and project and contract management. It should support Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual requirements and applicable federal and state funding needs. The selected provider is expected to plan and configure the system, assist with agreed data migration and integration, provide training and knowledge transfer, and deliver technical and functional support, updates, backups, and documentation. Proposals must address the attached technical questionnaire and complete the software requirements worksheet. The City expects a one-year initial term with four additional one-year renewal periods, subject to further discussion; no budget has been established. The City expects to contract directly with the company providing the software and support, and the draft agreement limits subcontracting to 50% of the contract amount, excluding specialized services.
