Description
Northview Public Schools is soliciting proposals from trade contractors for an athletic stadium addition and renovation project. Bid categories include bleachers and associated work, press box construction, earthwork, and cast-in-place concrete. Bids must cover the entire applicable bid category; partial bids will not be considered, and separate proposal forms are required for each category. The project requires a 5% bid security based on the base bid, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check. If awarded, the contractor may be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds covering up to the full contract amount. Required submission materials include the prescribed Bid Proposal Form, sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure, sworn and notarized Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification, signed and notarized Criminal Background Affidavit, Non-Collusive Affidavit, Legal Status of Bidder Affidavit, and signed Equal Opportunity Form. The anticipated construction period runs from the referenced phasing plan through substantial completion in fall 2027; the anticipated contract award date is October 13, 2026.
