The City of Wheeling is seeking input on an application to demolish four properties located at 9 14th, 13 14th, 15 14th St., and 1319 Main St. in the Downtown Historic District. A public hearing will be held on July 2, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers at the City-County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV.
