Description
Missoula County, in coordination with Seeley Lake Elementary School District, seeks a professional architectural firm licensed to practice in Montana to prepare a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) for the district’s approximately 39,000-square-foot elementary school. The PAR must follow State of Montana guidelines and evaluate alternatives and costs for rehabilitation and improvements addressing operational, health, safety, environmental, and future-demand needs, including kitchen improvements and hazardous-building-material abatement. The selected firm must prepare draft and final PARs, conduct applicable public meetings or hearings, and provide a project approach, schedule, qualifications, three similar project descriptions, and at least three references. The estimated architectural fee is capped at $35,000. The contract period expires October 31, 2027, with a preferred PAR delivery by June 2027 and project completion targeted by the end of August 2027. General liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation coverage are required.
