Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for detonators to Reynolds Systems Inc. The contract will be for 200 RSI-2350-01 Detonators and 25 RSI-2350-04 Inert Detonators. Reynolds Systems Inc. is the manufacturer and sole source for these proprietary components, which are essential for the intended system's integration and performance. Vendors interested in this requirement must submit their capability statement no later than June 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. All responses should reference solicitation number N6893626SIMACQD550000E5500000296 and be sent to Yvonne Stockwell at yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil. All vendors must be registered and active on SAM.gov. Additionally, contractors may need to be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled Information, requiring approval via DD Form 2345.
