Description
This acquisition aims to establish a firm-fixed-price contract for Expanding Tube Release System (ETRS) Rings. These rings are essential components for the USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles. The release assembly includes a fan expanding tube mounted in an aluminum ring with attachment flanges, which contains an explosive cord. The required quantity is 50 units, with a specified delivery date of on or before May 31, 2028. Technical data, in accordance with DD Form 1423-1(s), will also be provided. The government reserves the right to not issue a solicitation in response to this synopsis. Interested parties are advised that foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level, and foreign-owned firms should contact the contracting officer regarding potential restrictions.
