Description
This is an acquisition for a firm-fixed-price contract to procure Wing, Fin, and Elevon Cartridges for use in United States Air Force (USAF) AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles (ALCM). The specific items include cartridges for the missile's wing and fin deployment actuators, as well as cartridges for the elevon deployment actuator. The solicitation also includes a requirement for technical data. The acquisition is being conducted under full and open competition, with a requirement for sources to be qualified by the time of contract award. Qualification process details are provided in an attached document. Foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level, but foreign-owned firms are advised to contact the contracting officer regarding potential restrictions. The place of contract performance will be determined upon award.
