Description
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for explosives and explosive products. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, and it is set aside for Total Small Business concerns. The solicitation includes specific items such as Dyno Super Electric caps, Dyno Nonel caps, Dyno Leadline, Dyno Primaline DetCord, Dyno Primacord DetCord, Donovan Sheet Explosive, and shipping. Contractors must comply with ATF guidelines, security requirements, and federal regulations. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and will be required to complete specific FAR clauses related to responsibility matters and tax liability. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable source. All questions must be submitted in writing by June 17, 2026, and quotes are due by June 22, 2026.
