The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWCIHD) is soliciting proposals for manufacturing parts and assemblies to support various military projects under the Manufacturing and Services Acquisition (MASA) Manufacturing Support program. This effort will establish multiple award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) supply type contracts. The scope of work includes build-to-print fabrication of products utilizing machine shop processes. The requirement is structured into five task areas, with Tasks 1, 4, and 5 competed on a full and open basis, and Tasks 2 and 3 set aside for small businesses. The assigned NAICS code for all task areas is 332710. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (Self) is required. The anticipated period of performance is from December 16, 2026, to December 15, 2031. Past performance and technical capability will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with pricing evaluated at the task/delivery order level.
