Description
The Salina Airport Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the Building 394 Roofing & Guttering project at Salina Regional Airport. The work includes removal and replacement of PVC, modified bitumen, rubber, and asphalt shingle roofing; installation of insulation, fascia/drip edge, box gutters, and downspouts; and related HVAC, gas-line, electrical, sheet-metal, and PVC-drain modifications. Bidders must submit the owner-provided proposal form, a 5% bid guaranty, evidence of qualifications and financial responsibility, and a list of inclusions, exclusions, and material and labor warranties. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and required insurance. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled, and the contract provides for commencement within 10 calendar days after the notice to proceed and completion within 30 calendar days after commencement.
