Description
The Salina Airport Authority is soliciting construction bids for Building 500E Roofing & Guttering at Salina Regional Airport. The scope includes removal of 1,889 square feet of existing PVC, TPO, modified-bitumen, or rubber roofing; removal and replacement of 10 linear feet of gutters and downspouts; installation of a PVC roofing system, 5-inch ISO insulation, and tapered insulation; and replacement of one small exhaust vent and one large cook ventilator. Bidders must submit the provided proposal form, a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the bid price, evidence of competency and financial responsibility, and a document listing inclusions, exclusions, and state material and labor warranties. Electronic bids must be submitted in PDF format. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled, and the project requires completion within 30 calendar days after commencement under the Notice to Proceed. If project costs exceed $100,000, separate 100% performance and payment bonds are required after award.
