Description
The Salina Airport Authority is soliciting proposals and qualifications from architectural and engineering firms for repairs resulting from April 2026 hail and June 2026 wind damage at seven facilities: Building 219, Building 412, Hangar 600, Hangar 606, Hangar 626, Building 655, and Hangar 959. Projects may require architectural, mechanical, and electrical design services for exterior and interior repairs, including roofing, siding, gutters, doors, windows, HVAC components, electrical items, interior finishes, and related building systems. The scope includes architectural and engineering design services and construction drawings, bidding services, construction administration and observation, and other special services. Firms must submit statements of experience and qualifications addressing project capability, recent rehabilitation and facility-construction experience, quality and cost control, familiarity with the facilities, key personnel qualifications, workload, and ability to meet schedules. Proposals and fees must be provided separately for each project; multiple firms may be selected for one or more projects. Services are expected to begin within 30 days after contract execution.
