Description
The City of Hutchinson is soliciting bids for removal of all listed right-of-way trees, grinding each stump 3 to 4 feet in diameter to at least 10 inches deep, adding clean soil to the holes for replacement trees, and hauling away all debris. The contractor must perform daily site cleanup, including removal of wood chips. The contractor must be ISA- or KAA-certified, follow ANSI Z133 standards and applicable personal protective equipment and road-closure requirements, maintain a valid City of Hutchinson tree license, call Dig Safe for all locations, obtain required permits, and notify dispatch of necessary road closures. Work must be completed within 30 days after award. The bid package also requires a completed bid form, Certificate of Non-Discrimination, and certification regarding personal and real estate taxes in Reno County.
