Description
The Idaho Department of Lands is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services at its Coeur d'Alene Complex. The scope covers plowing all driveways and parking areas when accumulation reaches two inches or more, clearing approximately 212 parking spaces across the listed properties, keeping gates unobstructed, maintaining a 24-foot driving path, and piling snow at designated on-site locations. Hand shoveling of sidewalks and walkways is not required. The contractor must also provide optional or as-needed removal of piled snow to an off-site location and snow removal from roofs, with fully burdened per-occurrence pricing submitted on the Schedule A form. The normal operating season is November 1 through March 31, with services potentially required outside that period by mutual agreement. The contractor must furnish all equipment and personnel, protect buildings and curbs, and provide required insurance documentation after award and before beginning work.
