Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine procurement strategy for backup batteries for Dialog+ Dialysis Units. The Department of Veterans Affairs requires 41 units of the Accu Option Backup Battery Pack, Part Number: 7102244. These batteries are critical for patient safety, enabling safe continuation, pausing, or controlled shutdown of treatment, as well as storing treatment data and safely returning blood to the patient during emergencies. The batteries must be new and sourced directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The period of performance requires delivery within 5 business days from the time of award to the VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, Texas.
