Description
Lancaster Independent School District (ISD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms. The selected firm will provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for the District's current Bond Program, which includes various facility improvements, technology upgrades, and athletic facility renovations across multiple campuses. The CMAR will collaborate with Lancaster ISD, the Architect/Engineer, and other stakeholders to plan, budget, phase, construct, and deliver projects while minimizing disruption to District operations. Services will include budget development, cost modeling, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, subcontractor procurement and management, construction supervision, quality control, and project closeout. The scope of work may encompass new school construction, renovations, additions, roofing and HVAC improvements, athletic facility upgrades, and CTE facility improvements. Selection will be based on demonstrated competence, qualifications, past performance, safety record, and financial stability. Firms must submit their qualifications electronically through the District's eBid system by the stated deadline. All questions must be submitted through the eBid system by the specified date. The District reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to negotiate with the highest-ranked firm.
