Description
The project involves replacing existing aluminum windows with new aluminum windows in the Uptown Campus academic podium, including PCB remediation and related work in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications. The project must be completed within 600 calendar days after contract approval by the New York State Comptroller. Accepted alternates may add 105 or 120 calendar days to the contract time. Bidders must provide bid security of at least 5% of the total bid and be able to secure a performance bond for the full bid amount. Participation goals are 6% for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, 11% for minority-owned businesses, and 19% for women-owned businesses.
