Description
Agriculture Financial Services Corporation is seeking a qualified contractor to replace approximately 231 insulated glazing units and two skylight assemblies at its West Building. The work includes supplying and installing new bronze-tinted, double-glazed, Low-E solar-control glazing or equivalent, removing and disposing of existing units, replacing related pressure plates, caps, gaskets, and sealants as required, and repairing disturbed components. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, disposal, access systems, safety measures, and incidentals. Proposals must include glazing specifications and performance data, installation methodology, company capabilities and experience, three similar projects completed within the last three years with owner contacts, safety certifications, fixed pricing by work area and total project cost, and a schedule demonstrating completion by March 31, 2027. The solicitation also requires a vendor proposal, vendor agreement template, WCB clearance letter, certificate of insurance, and other specified response materials through the online procurement portal.
