Description
This is a Sources Sought announcement for preventative maintenance and repair services for fire and smoke doors at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for annual inspections, certifications, and preventative maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The services will cover fire and smoke doors, hatches, and chute doors across three VAPAHCS locations: Palo Alto Division, Menlo Park Division, and Livermore Division. Key requirements include providing evidence of experience with at least three prior contracts for similar services, having certified technicians, and adhering to various codes and standards including NFPA 80, NFPA 105, and NFPA 101.
