Description
The City of Temple, Texas is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide independent third-party construction materials testing (CMT) and related inspection services on an as-needed basis. These services will support various City infrastructure and building projects, including but not limited to roadway construction, water and wastewater utility installation, site development, and vertical construction. The City may award multiple contracts, potentially separating them for civil/infrastructure projects and vertical construction projects. The selected firm(s) will operate on an on-call basis and must meet the City's expectations for scheduling, reporting, and mobilization as outlined in the Scope of Work. The City does not guarantee a minimum amount of work under any resulting contract.
