Description
The Glynn County School System seeks one vendor to manufacture custom 24-gauge steel frames, supply approved antimicrobial polyester filter media and replacement filters, and perform five media or filter change-outs per year at schools and administrative buildings. The scope includes approximately 3,082 filters in varied sizes, with the contractor providing all vehicles, materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, storage, debris removal, and related supplies. The contractor must provide product samples, filter specifications, an antibacterial assessment report, and an inspection report sample with the proposal. Services include inspecting HVAC units during each visit, reporting potential equipment or safety issues, removing used media and maintenance debris, and repairing any property damage caused by the work. The proposal package must include technical, implementation, product, pricing, qualification, reference, certification, and guarantee materials, along with required business and immigration-compliance documentation. The initial term runs from November 11, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with a possible three-month extension and up to four one-year renewals.
