Description
The City of Jacksonville is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified design-build firms to provide design, permitting, construction, and related services for horizontal and civil engineering projects on an as-needed basis under an annual contract. The work is intended to provide continued design-build capacity for future capital improvement, infrastructure, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and improvement projects. Representative services may include roadway, drainage, stormwater, utility coordination, sidewalk, ADA, intersection, traffic, site and civil, retaining wall, culvert, minor structural, maintenance of traffic, permitting, testing, as-built, closeout, and related appurtenant work. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 9, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Statements of qualifications are due through the 1Cloud E-Bidding System by October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
