The City of Jacksonville's Library is seeking an eighth-year annual maintenance agreement for its Bookeye 4 V1A-C35 color scanner in the Memory Lab. The requirement includes technical support, repair, and software and hardware updates needed to maintain the scanner's warranty and support the Library's digitization of photographs, yearbooks, and historical documents.
