Description
The Jacksonville Housing Authority is requesting proposals for the Westwood Resurfacing & ADA Renovations project (CS-005-26). The scope includes resurfacing and ADA renovations at the Westwood property located at 11171 Lane Ave S, Jacksonville, FL 32210. A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on August 31, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Mandatory site walkthroughs are scheduled for September 8 and September 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST, with attendance required on at least one of the two days. Proposals are due by September 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. The solicitation and scope are available on the JHA website under e-procurement.
