Description
Legacy Palm Drive Community Development District is requesting proposals for annual financial auditing services covering the District’s financial records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with four optional annual renewals. The audit for the 2026 fiscal year must be completed by June 30, 2027. The selected auditing entity must be duly licensed under Chapter 473, Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, Florida law, Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. Proposal packages include the evaluation criteria and proposer instructions. Proposers must submit one hard copy and one digital copy, with email submission also identified as an option.
