Description
The Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board is soliciting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to perform financial and compliance Single Audits for fiscal years 2025-2026, 2026-2027, and 2027-2028. The procurement is identified as a term contract, and proposers may be asked to provide additional information, executive summaries, or oral presentations during evaluation. Questions must be submitted through PennBid's Clarifications feature by September 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Sealed proposals are due electronically through the PennBid website by September 25, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
