Description
Verano #3 Community Development District is requesting proposals from a duly licensed auditing entity to perform annual financial auditing services for the District's financial records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with an option for nine additional annual renewals. The auditor must be licensed under Chapter 473, Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy. The audit must comply with Florida law, including Section 218.39, Florida Statutes, and the rules of the Florida Auditor General. Additional qualification requirements, evaluation criteria, and proposal instructions are included in the proposal package.
