Description
The City of Santa Clarita is soliciting bids for replacement of three existing pool water-circulation pumps, two booster pumps, and twelve manway covers on the pool sand filters. The work includes field measurements and design, preparation of existing piping, furnishing and installing replacement equipment, reconnecting integrated chemical-control and variable-frequency-drive systems, and commissioning. The contractor must provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, heavy lifting, transportation, disposal, site protection, safety measures, and construction management. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, contractor licensing, insurance, and bid, performance, and labor-and-material bond requirements. Addendum No. 1 revises the question deadline to October 13, 2026, and the bid due date to October 23, 2026; the addendum must be acknowledged through BidNet and included with the response.
