Description
The City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission are seeking qualified contractors for an as-needed master agreement covering installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of buildings, structures, streets, sewers, grading, asphalt, concrete paving, and other real-property improvements. Individual projects may range from $0 to $50,000, depending on the contractor's selected threshold, and approved contractors will be invited to provide project-specific pricing through the contractor pool. Respondents must submit a Letter for Qualification describing company information, relevant services and personnel, at least three completed projects, at least three references, and the firm's approach to organizing and completing projects and tracking construction costs. The response also requires electronic completion of the listed bid attributes and applicable certification forms. The agreement has a one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options. Performance and payment bonds are required at the selected threshold upon contract execution, and insurance is required before work begins.
