Description
Lincoln Electric System is seeking a subscription-based enterprise Information Technology Asset Discovery and Dependency Mapping Solution for approximately 3,500 assets, 580 users, and six geographic sites. The solution must support automated discovery across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, endpoint, network, virtual, and remote environments; data normalization and reconciliation; software discovery and license intelligence; dependency and topology mapping; lifecycle and utilization visibility; reporting; workflow automation; and auditability. The selected vendor must provide software, licensing, implementation, Freshservice Asset Module integration, training, documentation, maintenance, and technical support. Mandatory capabilities include Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, commercially supported software, and documented handling of limitations, third-party dependencies, and customer responsibilities. The initial contract term is three years with up to two additional one-year renewal terms. Proposals must include organizational information, at least three references, staff qualifications, a service plan and timeline, technical responses, pricing, assumptions, and the required proposal forms.
