Description
Bulloch County seeks a qualified consultant to prepare a long-range comprehensive recreation master plan for recreation and parks services in the county’s unincorporated areas. The work includes inventorying and assessing existing parks and facilities; analyzing current and projected recreational needs; engaging the community through surveys, public meetings, and stakeholder input; evaluating programs, staffing, operations, and maintenance; and identifying service gaps and opportunities. The plan must recommend capital improvements, maintenance strategies, and funding options, and provide prioritized short-, mid-, and long-term goals plus a five-year work program. The proposal must include a technical abstract of no more than 15 pages and a separately sealed price proposal. The project is expected to be completed within 10 months after notice to proceed.
