Description
The District seeks a consultant to coordinate and facilitate the McNary Fisheries Compensation Committee (MFCC) and administer its fisheries enhancement grant program. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and project reviews; reviewing applications for completeness and eligibility; preparing agendas, minutes, reports, grant award documents, and correspondence; maintaining program records and the website; processing invoices; monitoring project timelines; and supporting grant-funded projects. The work is primarily remote, with occasional travel for meetings and site visits. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must include a cost and payment schedule, relevant experience from the last three years, client references with current contact information, and information about the proposed primary contact and team qualifications, experience, availability, and pricing. The proposal must be submitted through the designated procurement portal.
