Description
The Department of the Interior, through its Interior Business Center, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order with Leading and Dynamic Services and Solutions Corp. for real estate consultant support to the Bureau of Indian Affairs Pima Agency. The requirement is for continuation of a professional consulting position supporting realty actions as needed, with anticipated effort not to exceed 30 hours per week during a 12-month period. The consultant will provide technical guidance involving Indian lands throughout the Gila River Indian Community and Ak-Chin Indian Community, including review of realty-program files and approval documents; Title Status Reports; landowner information; consents; surveys and maps; legal descriptions; lease or grant payments; tribal resolutions; certificates of insurance; bonds; deeds of trust; appraisals; scopes of work; and National Environmental Policy Act documents. The consultant will attend meetings as necessary and is expected to be local to the metropolitan Phoenix area, have knowledge of the two tribal communities, demonstrate experience with the BIA Pima Agency, and preferably have extensive BIA realty experience. Interested parties are asked to submit a capabilities statement rather than a competitive quote.
