Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, design, delivery, construction, and installation for two four-wall, single-story modular office structures at McConnell Air Force Base. Each structure will measure 12 feet by 20 feet by 9 feet and will be installed on an existing concrete hangar slab in Hangar 1126 (South Bay) and Hangar 1107. The scope includes insulated wall panels, doors, windows, HVAC units, concrete anchoring, internal electrical conduit, wiring, receptacles, LED lighting, load centers, fire sprinkler piping and heads, and CAT6 data cabling and jacks. The contractor must provide quality control, one-year manufacturer and workmanship warranties, technical support, FOD control, housekeeping, safety planning, base-access coordination, and compliance with applicable OSHA, AFOSH, NFPA 13, and installation requirements. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after contract award.
