Description
The Borough of Pompton Lakes is soliciting qualification statements from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional Board of Adjustment planner services during calendar year 2027. Respondents must demonstrate professional, administrative, and financial capability, relevant experience, understanding of the borough’s needs, availability for required meetings, and ability to meet project or service timeframes. The qualification statement must include an executive summary, executed Letter of Qualification, firm and ownership information, Letter of Intent, organizational and licensing information, affirmative-action compliance evidence, professional-malpractice and bankruptcy disclosures, a narrative describing the proposed approach and relevant experience, references, subcontracting information, key-employee resumes, conflict disclosures, and a compensation proposal with rates or other proposed compensation methods. The submission must be bound, signed, acknowledged, and include an original plus four copies.
