Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotes from authorized distributors for the manufacture and supply of an electronic switch represented by CAGE code 1LTM5 and reference number CMS-00854 29355 547360-001. The item must comply with applicable contract quality requirements, MIL-STD-130 Rev. N marking requirements, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. Inspection and acceptance will be performed as specified in the solicitation, with the contractor responsible for required inspections and maintaining inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. Offerors that are not the original manufacturer must identify the OEM, OEM CAGE code, and offered part number. Proof of authorized-distributor status, signed by a responsible company official on company letterhead, must accompany the offer. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days, and any resulting invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically through PIEE-WAWF.
