Description
Texas A&M University Galveston is soliciting bids for a five-year master order covering annual maintenance of two reverse osmosis systems located in separate campus buildings. The scope includes at least one certified technician visit per month for each system, preventive maintenance, water-quality testing, activated carbon and filter replacement, system sanitation, salt delivery, softener servicing, software and firmware updates, online support, and spare-parts coverage. Vendors must also provide pricing for replacement deionization tanks, salt bags, additional service visits, spare parts, and other applicable charges. The agreement includes delivery and installation support, a minimum one-year warranty on parts and accessories, and compliance with specified insurance requirements. Bidders must submit electronic line-item pricing, product and service details, three similar-scope references from the past two years, and the requested insurance documentation or sample certificate information. The initial term is one year with a total master-order term of five years.
