Description
Palm Beach County is soliciting bids from qualified contractors under its Annual Contract for Minor Construction Services to build a new community park. The scope includes a playground, adult fitness zone, basketball courts, walking paths, and other amenities, along with all required labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, permitting, professional services, drawings, and related work. The contractor must substantially complete the project within 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The work includes product submittals, site preparation, coordination and protection of workers and the public, compliance with applicable codes, cleanup, as-built drawings, quality-assurance reports, maintenance manuals, installation documentation, and applicable warranties. A mandatory 25% Small Business Enterprise participation goal applies, subject to waiver procedures. Qualified contractors must submit the required bid package, including the completed bid form, Small Business Development schedules, applicable bid security, addenda acknowledgments, and required certifications.
