Description
The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority has issued a Notice of Recommended Award for a non-competitive procurement contract to Voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak. The contract covers procurement and replacement of a VTA light rail switch using original equipment manufacturer replacement components. The estimated contract value is between $50,000 and $70,000. The recommended award remains contingent upon approval by VTA Management. Written objections to the proposed contract may be submitted by the stated deadline.
