Description
This Sources Sought/RFI is market research, not a request for proposals or a commitment to procure. The Marine Corps Recruiting Command is assessing vendors for a potential five-year requirements contract covering a standardized commercial-grade branded furniture package for recruiting facilities. The package includes task and visitor chairs, desks, monitor arms, mobile pedestals, desk lamps, lounge seating, media stands, coffee tables, brochure racks, file cabinets, and lockers. Furniture must meet the applicable specifications and domestic sourcing requirements; certain seating items are subject to the Berry Amendment. The anticipated work includes project management, delivery, assembly, inside-delivery installation, and, when ordered, disposal of replaced furniture at recruiting locations nationwide. The future RFP is expected to require an in-person evaluation of a fully assembled furniture display, including hands-on testing and inspection. Respondents must email a company profile, completed capability and logistics questionnaire, and a non-binding estimate for the base year and four option years.
