Description
South Dakota School of Mines & Technology seeks a qualified firm to prepare an updated housing master plan for its campus and Center for Alumni Relations & Advancement properties. The final plan must include narrative text, charts, and an illustrative campus plan drawing, and will document the institution’s planning process and strategic intent while guiding future capital development, renovation, and space utilization. The institution will provide strategic plan materials, campus drawings, prior housing plans, housing surveys, and housing utilization history. Proposals must include a proposed timeline with deliverables and project completion no later than July 1, 2027. The stated project budget is $75,000, negotiable if the firm identifies specific optional deliverables beyond the identified budget. The cost proposal must be all-inclusive, including time and effort, campus visits, and final reports.
