Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks nine new, commercial-off-the-shelf AI-enabled vending machines in four configurations: compact single-door coolers, high-capacity coolers with freezer capability, premium single-door coolers, and large double-door coolers. The equipment must meet the solicitation’s minimum capacity and feature specifications, including cellular connectivity, cashless payment, telemetry, inventory automation, remote monitoring, and secure payment processing. Equivalent products meeting or exceeding the specifications are acceptable; used or refurbished equipment is not. The contractor must provide all components and accessories needed for complete operation, including software and payment and monitoring components. On-site installation and training are not required. The contractor must deliver and offload the equipment at the designated location; a liftgate or other suitable offloading equipment is required. The solicitation requires new, authentic OEM goods and an authorization letter or other OEM documentation establishing the offeror as an OEM, authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. Quotations must include a completed price schedule, product specifications, the required solicitation forms and certifications, and a Section 508 checklist or applicable exception.
