Description
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC, requests a firm-fixed-price proposal for fabrication and delivery of 530 galvanized bar-grating panels and 2,120 saddle clips for cryostat roof decking. The grating must meet the specified dimensions and performance requirements, including a 1½-inch bearing-bar height, maximum 1-inch clear spacing, and minimum live and concentrated load capacities. The proposal must include pricing and lead time, with all freight charges included and FOB destination terms. Items must be packaged to comply with the specified roll-in load envelope and shipping requirements. The solicitation requests the completed first page of the RFP, the Subcontractor Annual Representations and Certifications (SARC) if not completed within the last year, and the Proposal Certifications form.
