Description
Hudson Valley Community College is seeking one new electric panel cargo van, specified as a 2026 eActive Lithium Cargo Van or equivalent, with a 72V forward/neutral/reverse button control, automatic transmission, 35 HP direct-mounted AC motor, 550-amp programmable controller, rust-proof undercoating, 100AH lithium batteries, steel chassis, and a maximum speed of 25 mph. The referenced vehicle is a Vantage LIV9DC or equivalent; no color preference is stated and air conditioning is not required. Bidders must provide a fee breakdown, delivery fees, and an estimated timeline for securing and delivering the vehicle. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The bid package must include the official bid form, non-collusive bidding certification, certificate of insurance, applicable brochures or product literature, references, and the bid manager's signature.
