Description
Wicomico County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide professional production services for various events at the Wicomico Civic Center. Services may include sound, lighting, backline, audio/video, stage and rig plot design, cable management, power distribution, rigging, and cost estimation. Vendors are expected to have experience in the entertainment sector, understand safety standards, and be capable of meeting artist/performer rider requirements within budget parameters. The county may select one or more vendors, or reject all, based on the proposals received. Vendors must be licensed to do business in Maryland and provide a Certificate of Status from the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation. Pricing must be valid for the contract period of August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, and include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment. The county reserves the right to extend the contract period for three terms with no price increase, unless mutually agreed upon.
