Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive event planning services for two of the university's key signature events: RAMCamp and Weeks of Welcome (WOW). These services are further detailed in the provided Statement of Needs. Firms that meet the specified requirements will be issued a purchase order, which will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Best Value Acquisition (BVA). This solicitation has been updated to include an extension of the proposal due date and a revision to Attachment C - Pricing.
