Description
The Office of Veterans Affairs seeks rental of two 20-by-20-foot tents with a stage, one 20-by-40-foot audience tent, one 10-by-20-foot band tent, 170 chairs, a podium, and two public address systems. Each sound system must include two full-range speakers and one microphone. The contractor must deliver and set up the tents, chairs, and equipment one hour before the ceremony, which begins at 3:00 p.m. on November 11, 2026.
