Description
Kissimmee Utility Authority intends to procure a complete rental package for the 2027 Florida Municipal Electric Association Lineman Rodeo Competition. The scope includes a 220-by-60-foot tent with high-bay lighting, a 60-by-60-foot tent with three sides, a 40-by-40-foot tent with high-bay lighting, approximately 25 individual 10-by-10-foot tents, one 20-by-20-foot tent, 130 folding tables, and 350 folding chairs. Final quantities and dates may be adjusted before award. The vendor must provide delivery, setup, anchoring, breakdown, pickup, and required tent permits and inspections, complying with applicable fire and building codes. Setup must be complete by February 25, 2027; the event is February 26–27, and breakdown begins March 1. This is a notice of intent to sole source to Nelsons Tents & Events. Vendors who believe they can provide equivalent goods or services may submit a quotation and detailed supporting information explaining how their offering meets or exceeds the requirements.
