Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is seeking a complete turnkey warehouse storage and picking solution for its Oakville warehouse. The scope includes design, engineering, supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training, maintenance, support, and documentation for carton flow racking on the second and third levels of a pick tower, eight small SpeedCell storage bays, double-deep pallet racking, and relocation and reconfiguration of existing racking. The revised specifications include removal of existing shelving, reuse of suitable frames and beams, capacity signage, safety devices, anchoring, structural review, permits, and professional engineering drawings and stamps. The successful proponent must provide project management, qualified installation personnel, regulatory compliance, commissioning and performance validation, warranty support, preventive maintenance, technical support, spare-parts support, and as-built and operating documentation. Proponents must demonstrate at least ten years of experience with warehouse conveyor and storage solutions, provide at least three similar-project references completed within the last ten years, and demonstrate local service capability in Ontario. The agreement term is ten years.
